For the past year, I've been focused on the design system and redesign of three e-com projects (Birkenstock, Lyle & Scott, National Geographic). Together with the marketing department and the analytics department, we've been working to increase conversions on the sites. With the help of triggered e-mail newsletters, we were able to raise sales.
